There was a medical emergency at a home in Seattle that resulted in blood in several rooms. Saturday evening, I requested a biohazard clean up inside the house. Scott (the company owner) came over Sunday to see the situation, take many photos, plan the work, and prepare a bid. By Monday afternoon it was done, all the blood was cleaned up and what could not be cleaned was placed in BioHazard boxes and hauled away. The Clean up team did thorough work. The team and owner all were diplomatic and sympathetic to my feelings in dealing with the situation. The final amount paid was within the bid range. The owner and team communicated well in a timely manner. They are very good at this difficult and specialized work.
