2. Setup a Day and Time For a Free Walk-Through
We want to see the home to get a better sense of the situation because sometimes pictures don’t give a fair representation of the amount of clutter in the home. We would also talk a little bit more about what you want your home to look and feel like after a cleanup. We can help sort, dispose and donate items. We can usually do a walk through within a day or two of a call. We can also can give an estimate based off of video or photos if the property is about less than 1100 sq ft. If it’s larger then we want to do a walk through, if possible, to get you the most accurate price. There is no pressure from us and this is not a sales pitch. We just want to understand more about what you are wanting.
3. You Will Get the Estimate Emailed by the Next Day
You will be able to electronically sign the estimate if you choose to move forward with us.
4. Schedule the Cleanup
Most cleanups take 1-3 days and we can usually get started within 2-4 days, not weeks or months out.
5. The Day of the Cleanup
We will show up on time and ready to work! We will ask for you to make a list of items you plan on keeping to make the cleanup more efficient. Some people like to be there during the cleanup and some people don’t want to be present during the cleanup. It’s 100% your choice.

Hoarding/Decluttering FAQ's
1. How much does a hoarding cleanup or decluttering costs?
The cost depends on the amount of clutter we are disposing, how much we have to sort through stuff, how fast or slow you go through stuff to make a decision and if you want a home cleaning. An average ballpark price will be between $1,500-$4000 plus tax, but can go much higher.
2. How long does a cleanup take?
Cleanups usually take anywhere from 1-3 days with most taking 1-2 days, but we have done cleanups that have taken up to two weeks.
3. Are you just going to throw everything in my home away?
Only if you want us to. In most cases, people are still living in the homes we are cleaning up or there are valuables or keepsakes they or the family wants to keep. We help sort toss and keep items, preferably with the help of a list of items to keep put together by the client.
4. Should I try to clean or sort anything before you start?
No, but you can if you’d like. That’s why you hired us, right? You can work on the list of items to keep and you can tag easily accessible items with sticky notes or bright duct tape.
5. When can the cleanup begin?
Hoarding cleanup and decluttering can usually be scheduled within 2-4 days. We understand that some clients have strict timelines due to inspections, eviction issues or scheduled repairs that are coming up within days. Sometimes we can get started the next day. We can of course schedule the cleanup for weeks or months out if that’s what you desire.

7. What if I just have one or a few rooms that need I need help with?
That’s perfectly fine. We would love to be able to help you with that. We will work with you with just one room needing cleaned up. You don’t have to have a whole house filled to the brim for us to help you.
8. Do you deal with biohazards that may be present in the clutter?
Yes we do. Unlike some other normal junk removal companies, we understand that our clients might have human waste, bodily fluids, needles, rotting food and rodents in their homes. We take all the safety precautions to keep everyone safe and to remove and disinfect the biohazards with no judgement. We have been doing this since 2013 so there is nothing we haven’t seen.
9. Do you clean after you finish getting the clutter out?
Yes we do. During our initial contact or the free walk-through tell us you want your home cleaned and we will gladly get you a price to clean the surfaces of your home. We will ask about more details about what exactly you want cleaned such as to include the inside of the fridge or cabinets.
